Dear Friends!  Just trying to get the word out about a summer camp I created in collaboration with Liz Dvorak (more below).  My request is that you share with anybody you know that might have a 6-12 year old that would be interested!  A huge thank you for taking the time!

This is a note from Liz:

My name is Liz Dvorak and I am the owner, artist, and creative force behind the Afton Creative Arts Studio in the Village of Afton.  I have teamed up with veteran elementary school teacher, Lori Baker, to create and run a very special kid's art camp this summer in Afton.

Lori and I both have a passion for sharing our love of books, art, creativity, & imagination with children.  We have taken our passion (and a great deal of work and planning) to put together what we believe will be an exciting, FUN, educational, wholesome, hands-on creative arts camp for kids ages 6-12.  

We have developed 3 separate week-long half-day camp modules that each stand alone. That is, a child could sign up for just one OR for all three.  Each camp happens afternoons from 1-4 PM Monday thru Friday @ the Afton Creative Arts Studio.   Each camp session will focus on a single book with arts, crafts, & other activities tied to the theme of each book.  We have scheduled one session each month in June, July, and August 2024.
